I have used Photo Story in a writing class before. This is a great tool to get students
to write. It gives them the opportunity to pick pictures and create a product that incorporates writing and technology. This is also a great tool for teachers to compile the pictures taken throughout the year and then create a memory album to save for themselves or give as a gift to students and parents.

I went directly to your blog because I knew you were finished. I haven't seen photo story yet but I love the idea of using it in an English classroom. I have found that telling kids to write a story, or even giving prompts is difficult. I love the idea of allowing students to take their own pictures and create a biography of themselves. I'm not teaching right now but when I see the potential assignments that have generated because of this assignment, I really want to be.
